18.10.2006: Wingert Foods wins 2nd place in the "Bestseller 2006" awards

Cuxhaven - Yet another successful chapter in the story of young company Wingert Foods GmbH from Cuxhaven in the Northern Germany was written on 18.10.2006. Wingert Foods has scored a real winner in bringing the "Sweet & SOUR CHICKEN" product - from the "Asia series" which was introduced in summer of 2005 - to supermarket shelves. For the launch of this product Wingert Foods won 2nd place in the "Bestseller 2006" awards of German foodstuffs review "Lebensmittel-Rundschau". The assessment is based on actual sales figures of the products in stores from GFK/IRI. Wingert Foods came second only to the Nestlé brand Maggi.
